Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2024/ND-CP of the Government dated June 25 th , 2024, on electronic identification and authentication, Apolat Legal sincerely informs our Valued Clients of the implementation of electronic identification procedures applicable to agencies and organizations, as follows: 1. The deadline for completing electronic identification procedures According to Clause 4 Article 40 Decree 69/2024/ND-CP, accounts created and issued by the National Public Service Portal and Information Systems for handling administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels to agencies and organizations can be used until the end of June 30 th , 2025 .
