On January 12, 2025, the University of Economics and Law (UEL) hosted the talkshow ” Định hướng nghề nghiệp và kỹ năng mới trong thời đại 4.0”.  Lawyer Phạm Thị Thoa, a Senior Partner at Apolat Legal and an alumna of UEL, participated as a guest speaker. Apolat Legal is proud to announce that our lawyers, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien (David) and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh, represented and supported our client in the first successful commercial mediation session at the Vietnam Economic Arbitration Center (VEAC) under Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP.  Commercial mediation, with its flexibility, professionalism of the mediators, and the goodwill of the parties involved, has proven to be an effective, swift, and mutually agreeable solution.
