The first successful commercial mediation session at VEAC

Apolat Legal is proud to announce that our lawyers, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien (David) and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh, represented and supported our client in the first successful commercial mediation session at the Vietnam Economic Arbitration Center (VEAC) under Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP. 

Commercial mediation, with its flexibility, professionalism of the mediators, and the goodwill of the parties involved, has proven to be an effective, swift, and mutually agreeable solution. Although a clear legal framework for commercial mediation has existed since 2017, it has yet to gain widespread application in Vietnam. 

We hope that in the future, commercial mediation will become a trusted method for businesses and legal professionals in Vietnam, recognized as an efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable way to resolve disputes.

The deadline for completing electronic identification procedures According to Clause 4 Article 40 Decree 69/2024/ND-CP, accounts created and issued by the National Public Service Portal and Information Systems for handling administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels to agencies and organizations can be used until the end of June 30 th , 2025 .
