Mr. Pham Hong Manh, Managing Partner of Apolat Legal, attended the 6th Term Conference (2025–2027) of the Banking Legal Club

Mr. Pham Hong Manh attended the 6th Term Conference (2025 – 2027) of the Banking Legal Club with the theme: “Discussion and exchange on the implementation and application of newly promulgated legal provisions related to banking activities,” held in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa province.

The Banking Legal Club is a socio-professional organization, directly under and managed by the Vietnam Banks Association, which gathers a team of senior legal leaders and experts from credit institutions, jointly participating in critical review, building, and perfecting a synchronized, transparent, and effective legal framework for the banking industry.

Within the framework of the conference, the Banking Legal Club conducted the election and introduction of the new Executive Committee. Simultaneously, there was an in-depth exchange session on the implementation of new banking legal regulations and key issues for credit institutions (CIs).

As a member of the Banking Legal Club, Mr. Pham Hong Manh continues to collaborate with legal experts in advancing policy dialogue and enhancing the quality of legal frameworks in the banking sector—an area that demands a high degree of stability and transparency.
