Apolat Legal representative participated in international conference on business and entrepreneurship

Recently, Apolat Legal’s Paralegal, Mr. Luong Nguyen An Nhien, participated in the international conference “Business Development and Entrepreneurship in Vietnam in the Era of Globalization and Digital Transformation” (IU-AGBA-ULAW 2025). The conference was jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and International University, in collaboration with the Academy of Global Business Advancement (AGBA, USA). 

At the conference, Mr. Luong Nguyen An Nhien presented a research paper he co-authored, titled: “Sustainable Corporate Governance and the Disclosure of Beneficial Ownership: Recommendations for Improving the Vietnamese Legal Framework”. 

The conference served as a forum for experts, researchers, and businesses from Vietnam and abroad to discuss socio-economic, commercial, and legal issues within the context of globalization. It also assessed Vietnam’s development impacts and orientations, including opportunities and challenges in the development of its commerce, services, and logistics sectors.
