Apolat Legal Participates as a Speaker at the Masterclass “The Art of Deal-Making in Vietnam” by VCPA x NUS Enterprise

Apolat Legal is honored to participate in the Masterclass in Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital (VC) – The Art of Deal-Making in Vietnam, organized by the Vietnam Private Capital Agency (VCPA) in collaboration with NUS Enterprise. This intensive training program focuses on equipping professionals with in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the fields of Private Equity and Venture Capital.

In this program, Ms. Thieu Thi Kieu Thu (Katherine) – Counsel at Apolat Legal, will join as a Speaker in Module 5 – “Legal Due Diligence & Transaction Documentation in VC Deals” on December 6, 2025, to share insights into the process of legal due diligence and venture capital transaction documentation.

About the Masterclass:

The program consists of six in-depth modules held in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring nine distinguished speakers from the fields of investment and law. The course will commence in November 2025.
